Welcome to Volleyball Mississauga.

Volleyball Mississauga (“Volleyball Mississauga”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) operates this website and organises the volleyball leagues offered through it. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, our volleyball leagues, and related services (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

Volleyball Mississauga lets you discover, join, and register for volleyball games, leagues, and related activities (“Events”). You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Volleyball Mississauga may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. User Accounts

To register for a league or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Events and Participation

Events listed by Volleyball Mississauga may be organized by us, by facilities, or by independent organizers. By registering for or participating in any Event, you agree to follow all applicable rules, venue policies, and organizer instructions. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of any Event.

4. Payments

Some Events require payment. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Cancellation, refunds, or credits depend on the specific Event policy shown to you at registration.

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in volleyball and other physical activities involves inherent risks. By participating in any Event, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that Volleyball Mississauga is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Volleyball Mississauga will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or participation in Events.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
